The way that people interact with businesses has changed immensely in recent years; people access services from their smartphones, tablets, even their televisions, and rradar’s emphasis on the needs of our clients means that we need to position ourselves at the forefront of the technological revolution that is transforming our world. That’s why we’ve introduced Grace, our virtual assistant, which will let our customers speak to us in whichever way is most convenient for them.

Traditionally, accessing legal services has been a real obstacle course and in some cases, a deterrent to justice. Rradar believes that it’s the job of a good law firm to remove those obstacles and make it easier for clients to get the level of service they deserve.
